I really liked this series. It was funny, sweet, and poignant. And there was a mystery of sorts:) It also made some obvious points that are easy to forget: the need to stay active and social as we age, and reaching out to and helping others:)

Yes, a lovely part of the series was the growing friendship between the Ted Danson character Charles and another resident Calbert. You could see the relationship providing a spark to both!

The mystery was not terribly mysterious, yet the serious was terrific. I'm so glad that you reviewed it. The series reminds us of the challenges of aging while also providing a range of roles for some terrific actors that might otherwise be relegated to grandparent or curmudgeon.

So true! Part of the fun was trying to identify some of the senior residents: Where have I seen that actor before? Omg, it's Sally Struthers!

I don’t think I’ve watched all the episodes so will have to check back in! I have enjoyed Ted and Kristen Bell in The Good Place, which I missed on network tv but is now on Netflix. Lots of Death in Hell ya know!! đŸ¤ª Very fun show
